This project, launched in 2014, was developed as part of Cinnagen’s expansion and is located adjacent to Building No. 2 at the Simindasht Industrial Zone. Built on a 2,400 m² plot, the facility spans approximately 11,500 m² across six main floors and six mezzanine levels.

Nano Alvand, a Cinnagen subsidiary, specializes in the production of solid and injectable anti-cancer drugs. The basic and detailed architectural design was carried out by GHA Design Group. Cleanroom design was a joint effort between GHA Design Group and an international cleanroom consultancy team from India. Structural works were completed by Fara Foolad, and MEP execution was handled in collaboration with Mr. Khamoushi and his team.
