Launched in 2011, this project was developed under the PooraTeb Holding umbrella and is located in Tehran Province. Built on a 17,000 m² site with a total built-up area of 14,000 m² across three floors, it was fully designed — from concept to detail — by GHA Design Group. The first phase of execution was carried out in collaboration with Mr. Khalil Mehboodi and Mr. Emad Badavi, while the second phase was reviewed and completed with the support of Mr. Salar Mohammadi and Mr. Paasbani.
