Located within Pardis Science and Technology Park, this pharmaceutical facility was designed in 2016 with a total built-up area of approximately 4,000 m². The architectural design was led by GHA Design Group, focusing on functionality, compliance, and efficiency for pharmaceutical production.

Structural engineering was carried out by Mr. Sa’daei, while MEP systems were designed in collaboration with Mr. Ebrahimi and his team, ensuring technical compatibility with industry standards.
