Completed in 2011, this facility was developed to support Cinnagen’s operations with auxiliary spaces including storage, dining hall, and service areas. Designed by GHA Design Group, the building spans approximately 3,000 m² and is located adjacent to the company’s existing facilities.

MEP design and overall execution were managed by Cinnagen’s in-house technical team. Structural works were carried out by Fara Foolad, while MEP execution was handled in collaboration with Mr. Khamoushi’s team.
